Yum-yum Cookies

American, Dessert
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 squares chocolate
  • 1 small can evaporated milk
  • 28 graham crackers crushed
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 3/4 lb colored mini marshmallows
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • Boil sugar, chocolate and milk together; stir until smooth. Add butter and vanilla, cool. Then add graham cracker crumbs, nuts and marshmallows. Mix all together. Shape into roll and roll in graham cracker crumbs place in refrigerator until set and slice.
