White Zucchini Cake

Ingredients
  • 3 cups grated zucchini
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups corn oil
  • Mix together well.
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • Frosting:
  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Mix well and frost cake
Directions
  • Combine together. Add raisins if desired. Bake in 9x13 inch pan at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. Cool well. Results in a very moist cake.
