Venison Barbecue

Recipe: Venison Barbecue

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs roast venison
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 2 large onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Chop or grint meat, add water to make broth
  2. Mix remaining ingredients and add to meat
  3. Cook at least 2 hours
  4. Serve on hamburger buns while hot
