Vegetable Hot Dish

A remarkably healthy recipe, Vegetable Hot Dish is chock full of the very vegetables most people have from their own garden and the preparation is so simple that even a child could make this!

Recipe: Vegetable Hot Dish

Ingredients

  • 4 or 5 peeled carrots
  • 4 or 5 peeled potatoes
  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 1 can vegetable beef soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 onion, sliced

Instructions

  1. Brown onion and hamburger, add soups
  2. Combine and pour over raw potatoes and carrots in greased baking dish
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour
