Stay-Fresh Sweet Corn

  • 4 cups sweet corn, cut off the cob
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 tbsp (less for super sweet sweet corn) sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Boil above mixture 10 minutes. Cool and put into containers and freeze. Do not drain.
