Recipe: Spring Fresh Rhubarb Pie
Ingredients
- 4 cups rhubarb, chopped
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
Instructions
- Mix flour, salt, nutmeg and sugar.
- Fold in rhubarb.
- Pour into a pastry lined pan and place latticed strips over top.
- Bake at 450 for 10 minutes and then 350 for 50 minutes.
