Spring Fresh Rhubarb Pie

Recipe: Spring Fresh Rhubarb Pie


  • 4 cups rhubarb, chopped
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar


  1. Mix flour, salt, nutmeg and sugar.
  2. Fold in rhubarb.
  3. Pour into a pastry lined pan and place latticed strips over top.
  4. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes and then 350 for 50 minutes.
