Sour Cream Raisin Pie

Recipe: Sour Cream Raisin Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 unbaked pie shell
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  1. Mix eggs, sugar, sour cream, raisins and vanilla
  2. Mix well
  3. Pour into unbaked pie shell
  4. Bake 10 minutes at 450 degrees F, then 25 minutes at 350 degrees F
