Salmon Steaks

Another non-traditional Minnesota Recipe, Salmon Steaks are a light, healthy and flaky meal that is perfect on a cool summer evening or any time during the winter months.

Recipe: Salmon Steaks

Ingredients

  • 6 Salmon steaks, 1 inch thick
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp onion, grated

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Place Salmon in greased shallow baking pan
  3. Melt butter, add seasonings and Worcestershire sauce
  4. Spread over salmon
  5. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon onion over each steak
  6. Bake in moderate oven at 350 degrees F for 25-30 minutes
