Ingredients
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
Directions
  • Beat eggs lightly, add sugar and mix. Add the rest of the ingredients and beat well. Bake with rosette iron. Heat iron form well in boiling oil and then dip the iron into the batter, being careful not to let the batter run over the form. Dip the iron into the oil with the batter sticking to it until it is nicely browned. Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with sugar.
