Ritz Cracker Torte

Recipe: Ritz Cracker Torte

Ingredients

  • 36 Ritz crackers
  • 6 egg whites
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups nutmeats
  • Cool Whip or whipped topping

Instructions

  1. Beat egg whites until stiff
  2. Add sugar, baking powder and vanilla
  3. Mix in crumbled crackers and nuts
  4. Pour into greased 9×13 inch pan
  5. Bake for 35 minutes at 325 degrees F
  6. Cool and top with whipped topping
  7. Refrigerate
