Rhubarb Orange Pie

Ingredients
  • 1 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1/3 tsp. salt
  • 2 tbsp grated orange rind
  • 2 tbsp orange juice
  • 1 egg
  • 4 cups rhubarb
  • 1 tbsp butter
Directions
  • Mix sugar, flour and salt. Then add orange rind, juice and egg and mix. Fold in rhubarb. Place in unbaked pie shell, dot with butter, arrange top crust. Bake at 450 for 15 minutes. Then lower heat to 350 and bake 25 minutes longer.
