Rhubarb Cake

Recipe: Rhubarb Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup sour milk
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cups rhubarb (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Mix in order given.
  2. Pour into greased 9×13 inch pan and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes.
