Red Raspberry Ring Salad

raspberriesThis sweet and tangy Red Raspberry Ring Salad recipe is perfect for any summer meal but is also appropriate during Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Red Raspberry Ring Salad

American, Side
  • 1 10oz. pkg. frozen red raspberries, thawed
  • 2 3oz. pkg. red raspberry jello
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 pt. vanilla ice cream
  • 1 6oz. can frozen pink lemonade, thawed
  • Drain raspberries, reserving syrup. Dissolve jello in water. Add ice cream to jello by spoonfuls until melted. Stir in lemonade and reserved syrup. Chill until partially set and then add raspberries. Turn into 6 cup mold. Chill until firm.
