Quick Caramel Frosting

Recipe: Quick Caramel Frosting


  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 3/4 – 2 cups powdered sugar


  1. Melt butter, add brown sugar and cook 2 minutes over low heat.
  2. Add milk and continue stirring until milk comes to a boil
  3. Cool
  4. Add powdered sugar to right consistency
