Pumpkin Pie

Pumpkin Pie

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 15oz can pumpkin (2 cups)
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon cloves
  • 1 2/3 cups evaporated milk
  • pastry for one-crust pie
  • In mixing bowl, beat eggs slightly, mix in remaining ingredient and pour into pastry lined pie pan. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350 and bake for 45 minutes longer. Cool for 2 hours before serving.
