  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can pumpkin (2 cups/15 oz, can)
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • 1 2/3 cups evaporated milk
  • In mixing bowl, beat eggs slightly, mix in remaining ingredients and pour into pastry lined pie pan. Bake at 425 degrees in pre-heated oven for 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees, bake 45 minutes longer.
