Poppy Seed Bread

  • 1/4 cup poppy seeds
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 yellow cake mix, plain, not with pudding
  • 1 pkg either vanilla or coconut cream instant pudding mix
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 4 eggs
  • Soak poppy seeds and water together for 1 hour. Mix together cake mix, pudding, water and oil. Add eggs. Beat full 4 minutes. Add poppy seed mixture and stir together. Pour into 2 greased and floured bread pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
