Poppy Seed Bread

Poppy seed bread is one of my favorites when it comes to bread recipes. While I prefer mine with lemon cake mix, this variant using coconut pudding is equally delicious.

Recipe: Poppy Seed Bread


  • 1 white or yellow cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup poppy seed
  • 1/2 cup cooking oil
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 pkg. instant coconut pudding mix


  1. Beat all ingredients for 4 minutes
  2. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-40 minutes.
  3. Makes 2 loaves
