Pistachio Dessert

Recipe: Pistachio Dessert

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 3/4 sticks margarine
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 8 oz. package cream cheese
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1 large container Cool Whip
  • 3 cups milk
  • 2 boxes pistachio pudding mix

Instructions

  1. Combine flour, sugar and margarine
  2. Press in bottom of 9×13 inch pan
  3. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees F
  4. Cool
  5. Combine powdered sugar and softened cream cheese, fold in marshmallows and half of whipped topping, thawed
  6. Spread over crust
  7. Mix pudding with milk, let set 20 minutes
  8. Spread on top of cheese layer
  9. Top with remaining whipped topping
  10. Refrigerate
