Pistachio Bread

  • 1 box dry white cake mix
  • 1 box dry pistachio instant pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • Add a few drops of green food coloring if desired.
  • Mix all ingredients together and bake in greased loaf pans at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
