Orange Tapioca Salad

  • 2 pkgs orange tapioca pudding
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 4 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 2 cans mandarin oranges (drained)
  • 8 oz. whipped topping
  • Mix milk and orange tapioca pudding over heat until thickened. Cool. When cooled mix in the lemon juice, marshmallows and oranges with the pudding. refrigerate overnight. Before serving fold in whipped topping. Garnish with orange slices.
