Orange Mold

  • 2 pkg. orange flavored gelatin
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 can mandarin oranges
  • 1 pint orange sherbet
  • Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add juice from the oranges. Add sherbet and blend with mixer to dissolve. Place in refrigerator and when partially set, add orange sections. Put in ring mold if you wish to use it as a salad. If used as a dessert, mold in a 9x11 inch cake pan and cut into squares. Serve with a little whipped cream on top.
