Onion Rings

  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Sliced onions
  • Beat flour, egg, salt and milk together until smooth. Dip in onions and fry in deep fat at 375 until golden brown, about 2 minutes. Drain on paper towel. Makes enough batter for 4 to 5 medium sized onions.
