No-Roll Pie Crust

A hand-pressed pie crust like this recipe for no-roll pie crust is infinitely easier to make than traditional pie crusts which require a rolling pin and other utensils to ensure that the crust doesn’t stick as it is rolled out. This is the perfect solution when you need a quick pie crust.

Recipe: No-Roll Pie Crust


  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 tbsp cold milk


  1. Mix dry ingredients
  2. Whip milk and oil
  3. Pour over dry ingredients
  4. Mix well until blended
  5. Press evenly in pie pan on sides and bottom
  6. NBke in 425 degree F oven for 10-12 minutes until light brown
