Moms Fried Chicken Recipe
   Serves 4
  • 2 lbs chicken
  • 1 cup flour
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • Season salt
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put flour in a small bowl. Roll the chicken in the flour coating the chicken well. Place 4 tbsp of oil in frying pan and place on medium heat. Sprinkle the season salt on the floured chicken and put in the frying pan. After 2-4 minutes turn chicken. When chicken is golden brown on all sides, place it in a roasting pan with 1 tbsp oil. Cover and bake for about 1 hour.
