Mint Dazzler

Recipe: Mint Dazzler

Ingredients

  • 2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs (36)
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 cup sifted powdered sugar
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 3 squares bitter chocolate, melted
  • 1 1/2 cup whipping cream, whipped
  • 8 oz pkg miniature marshmallows
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed peppermint candy stick

Instructions

  1. BLend together crumbs and melted butter
  2. Press firmly in bottom of greased cake pan, 9×13 inches
  3. Cream butter and powdered sugar thoroughly
  4. Add eggs and melted chocolate and beat until light and fluffy
  5. Spoon over crumbs
  6. Set in freezer while whipping topping
  7. Fold in marshmallows
  8. Spread over chocolate layer
  9. Sprinkle with crushed peppermint candy
