Mexican Bean Salad

  • 1 16 oz. can kidney beans, drained
  • 1 16 oz. can garbanzo beans, drained
  • 1 16 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 2 oz. jar chopped pimento, drained
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 9 oz. can sliced black olives
  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Add desired amount of French dressing, toss gently to coat. Marinade in refrigerator for 2 hrs. or longer. Serve on lettuce lined plate.
