  • 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp onion salt
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • dried bread crumbs or cracker crumbs, approx. 1 cup
  • Form into meatballs and brown slightly, place in spaghetti sauce when nearly done.
