Meat Balls

Recipe: Meat Balls


  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup dried bread crumbs
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • salt, if desired


  1. Mix ingredients together and form into balls
  2. Roll in flour and brown in frying pan
  3. Add 2 cans mushroom soup with water to make a thinner gravy
  4. Simmer until cooked

These meat balls freeze well along with the gravy. When preparing from frozen, reheat in oven.
