Recipe: Marshmallow Bars

Ingredients

  • CRUST
  • 2 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 3/4 cup coconut
  • FILLING
  • Large pkg marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • FROSTING
  • 2 pkgs German’s sweet chocolate
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Combine all crust ingredients and put into 9×13 inch pan
  2. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes
  3. To make filling, melt marshmallows in milk
  4. Cool until slightly thickened, then spread on crust
  5. Chill until firm
  6. To make frosting, melt chocolate with butter
  7. Spread over filling layer
  8. Refrigerate
