Recipe: Lemon Refrigerator Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 stick margarine or butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 4 cups Cool Whip
  • 2 pkgs instant lemon pudding
  • 3 cups milk
  • Nuts

Instructions

  1. Blend 1 cup flour and 1 stick margarine or butter together and pat into cake pan
  2. Bake at 325 degrees F for 15 minutes
  3. Cool
  4. Cream the cream cheese and sugar together
  5. Add 2 cups Cool Whip
  6. Put this on the first layer
  7. Mix the instant pudding and 3 cups of milk together for 1 minute with electric mixer
  8. Put this on cream cheese layer
  9. Then put another 2 cups Cool Whip on lemon layer
  10. Sprinkle with nuts
