Ingredients
  • Crust:
  • 1 cup soft margarine
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • Layer 2:
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup Cool Whip
  • 1 8 oz. package softened cream cheese
  • Layer 3:
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 packages lemon instant pudding
  • 1 cup Cool Whip
  • Coconut
Directions
  • Mix ingredients for crust. Press into a 9x13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool.
  • For layer 2 beat powdered sugar, Cool Whip and cream cheese. Pour over cooled crust.
  • For layer 3 mix milk and pudding. Pour over 2nd layer and top with remaining Cool Whip and a sprinkle of coconut.
