Lemon Crinkles

Recipe: Lemon Crinkles


  • 1 box lemon cake mix
  • 2 cups Cool Whip
  • 1 tsp lemon flavoring/juice
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Powdered sugar


  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well
  2. Drop by teaspoon into powdered sugar and roll into balls
  3. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes
  4. Do not overbake
