Lemon Bread

It’s like sunshine punching you in the mouth. Lemon Bread is a burst of the tropics any time of the year and best of all, this sweet and citrusy recipe makes two loaves – that’s like two Christmases in a year.

Recipe: Lemon Bread


  • 1 pkg lemon cake mix
  • 1 small pkg instant lemon pudding
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup poppy seeds
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup water


  1. Mix all ingredients together
  2. Pour into two greased loaf pans
  3. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes
