Lemon Bars

  
Ingredients
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup butter or margarine
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • Icing Mixture
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
  • Mix and pack flour, margarine and powdered sugar into a 10x15 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes until light brown.
  • Beat 4 eggs, gradually add 1 3/4 cup sugar, 4 tbsp lemon juice, 4 tbsp flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt. Pour this mixture over crust and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar or ice with icing mixture.
