Recipe: Kensal Delight

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg lemon tapioca pudding
  • 1 pkg orange tapioca pudding
  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 1 can mandarin oranges
  • Water
  • 3 bananas

Instructions

  1. Drain juice from 1 can crushed pineapple and the juice from 1 can Mandarin oranges
  2. Add enough water to make 4 cups of liquid
  3. Then add to pudding mixture
  4. Cook pudding until tapioca shows clear, about 15 minutes
  5. Cool until cold
  6. Add bananas, crushed pineapple and Mandarin oranges
  7. Can vary fruits used
