Ingredients
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups whole raw cranberries
  • Butter Sauce:
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup cream
Directions
  • Cream butter and sugar. Add remaining ingredients, except cranberries, and mix well. Fold in cranberries. Bake in 9x9 inch pan, for 30 minutes at 400 degrees. Meanwhile bring butter, sugar and cream to a boil in a sauce pan; stirring constantly. Simmer sauce. Serve hot with butter sauce.
