Ham Balls

Recipe: Ham Balls

Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb ground ham
  • 3/4 lb ground pork
  • 1 1/2 cups dry bread crumbs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • SAUCE:
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup fruit juice
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 tsp mustard

Instructions

  1. Combine meat, bread crumbs, milk and eggs
  2. Mix well
  3. Form in to 8 or 9 balls and place in 8x8x2 inch pan
  4. Pour sauce over and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour
  5. Dip sauce over meat balls for serving
