Graham Cracker Bars

Recipe: Graham Cracker Bars

Ingredients

  • Powdered Sugar Frosting
  • Graham Crackers
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/2 cup fine graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. First make a powdered sugar frosting
  2. Then line a 7×11 inch pan with graham crackers
  3. Combine melted butter, sugar, milk and egg
  4. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened
  5. Add coconut, nuts and graham cracker crumbs
  6. Mix well and pour over crackers in the pan
  7. Place more crackers on top and frost immediately
  8. Refrigerate
