Glazed Carrots Recipe

   Serves 4
Ingredients
  • 4 Carrots
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
Directions
  • Peel and cut carrots into sticks. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. When hot add brown sugar and mix until bubbly. Put carrots into skillet and stir occasionally for 5 minutes.
  • Pour carrots into a casserole dish and bake for at 400 for 30 minutes or until tender.
