Fudge

Ingredients
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 1 14 1/2 oz can evaporated milk (1 2/3 cup)
  • 1 cup margarine
  • 1 12 oz. package chocolate chips (2 cups)
  • 1 7 oz. jar marshmallow creme
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
  • Butter sides of 3 qt. pan. Combine sugar, milk and margarine in pan. Cook over medium heat to soft ball (236 degrees), stirring frequently. Remove from heat, add chocolate, marshmallow creme, nuts and vanilla. Beat until chocolate is melted and blended. Pour into buttered 13x9x2 inch pan. Score in squares while warm. Cut when cool and firm. Makes 3 dozen 1 1/2 inch pieces.
