Ingredients
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2cup evaporated milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 pkg. (8 squares) semi-sweet chocolate broken into small pieces
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup nuts, chopped
Directions
  • Combine marshmallows, milk, butter, sugar and salt in heavy pan. Bring to full boil over high heat stirring constantly. Reduce heat and boil for 3 minutes over medium heat stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add chocolate and vanilla. Beat until chocolate is melted. Stir in nuts. Pour in 8x4 inch loaf pan. Chill until firm before cutting. Yields 16 pieces.
