Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 lb Cod (approx 1 inch thick)
  • Batter mixture:
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup corn starch
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp baking powder
Directions
  • Dip fish pieces into beaten egg & 2 tbsp water then dip into batter mixture.
