Fruit Cobbler

  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup margarine, not melted
  • Mix like pie crust. Put in cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes
  • Next, heat up 1 (or 2 cans for 9x13 pan) can of pie filling mix.. Pour over crust.
  • Beat 4 egg whites and add 1 cup sugar. Beat until stiff. Add 1 tsp lemon juice. Put over filling and bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour.
