Frozen Bread Caramel Rolls

Certainly a unique twist on Caramel Rolls, this simple recipe’s basis is nothing more than some frozen bread dough. Using only six ingredients which most people already have in their homes, you’ll have these Cinnamon Rolls made in no time and eaten in even less time.

Recipe: Frozen Bread Caramel Rolls


  • 2 loaves frozen bread dough
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
  • 2 pkgs vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • Cinnamon to taste


  1. Thaw bread dough, but do not allow to rise
  2. Break 1 loaf into pieces on the bottom of 9×13 inch cake pan
  3. Melt butter, add brown sugar, pudding mix, milk and cinnamon
  4. Mix all together, then pour over broken bread
  5. Break the second loaf in pieces and put on top
  6. Let rise approximately 2-1/2 to 3 hours
  7. Bake 30 minutes in 305 degrees F oven
  8. Tip upside down on a cookie sheet
  9. Cool and cut
