Recipe: Fluffy Pumpkin Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 pint cream, whipped
  • 2 cans pumpkin
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 pkgs instant vanilla pudding
  • Walnuts
  • CRUST:
  • 40 graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine pumpkin, sugar, spices and vanilla pudding mix (just as it comes from package)
  2. Add this mixture to the whipped cream and beat 1 minute
  3. Pour into 9×16″ pan, using graham cracker crust
  4. Mix crust ingredients, then press 2/3 into pan
  5. Bake at 325 degrees for 12 minutes
  6. Pour filling over baked crust
  7. Top with remaining 1/3 of crumb mixture
  8. Sprinkle walnuts on top
