Easy Beet Pickles

  • 1 can chunk bets
  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 rounded tbsp mixed pickling spices
  • Drain 1/3 cup juice from beets and replace with the 1/3 cup vinegar. Place in small pan and add the sugar and spices. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Ready to eat when cool.
