  • 1/2 angel food cake
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • few drops yellow food coloring
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • some shredded coconut
  • 1 envelope plain gelatin
  • 1/4 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • Mandarin orange slices
  • Tear angel food cake into small pieces and place in bottom of a 9x12 inch pan. Add cold water to gelatin to dissolve, add boiling water, orange juice, food coloring and sugar. Cool this mixture and then whip jello into the whipped cream, add pineapple and spread over angel food. Chill till set. Before serving, cut into squares and garnish with orange slices and coconut.
