Deep Fried Apples

  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ cup sugar
  • Cut apples into eighths. Roll pieces in flour to coat them. Dip into the above mixture.
  • Deep fry till crisp and golden brown. Drain for 30 seconds on paper towel. Then roll in mixture of cinnamon and sugar. Serve while still warm.
