Custard Pie

Ingredients
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1 3/4 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup coconut
Directions
  • Beat all ingredients together for 1 1/2 minutes. Pour into 10” pie pan. Bake 45 minutes or until set at 350 degrees.
